$95K grant awarded for trailhead

The Gahanna Mountain Bike Pit Stop at Academy Park received a $95,746 grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources’ NatureWorks program. The funds are earmarked for a new trailhead for the mountain bike trails.
New Access to Dead Horse State Park Trails in Moab
Moab, Utah
A new segment of trails at Dead Horse Point State Park in Moab will open access to a viewpoint in the park in 2024. The trails should be moderately-graded with between five and six miles total.
Fayetteville establishing itself as world-class bikepacking destination

Bikepacking Roots and Experience Fayetteville, AR just announced a new project to document a set of singletrack and gravel bikepacking routes in the region. The routes will be shared in a guidebook format with options ranging from simple overnighters to multi-day epics like the 375-mile Doom route and the 1,170-mile Arkansas High Country Route.
New trails open in Idaho
Wood River Valley, Idaho
Three new trails in Wood River Valley, Idaho were recently completed. These include a three-and-a-half mile trail near Hailey, a two-mile and a half-mile trail all open to class 1 e-bikes too. Users are advised to be cautious of wet conditions since the trails are new and still settling.
Pump track opens in Bay Area
Napa, California
A new pump track officially opened at Skyline Wilderness Park in Napa, California on Saturday. The 12,000 square foot, rock-stabilized track was constructed thanks to $50,000 in donations from sponsors including the Clif Family Foundation and Athletic Brewing Co.
