This trail system is an epic addition to the Sumter National Forest area trails. Amazing singletrack with great flow, tons of jumps, and fast terrain. Minimal climbing makes this a good trail for beginners while experts can test their cornering and jumping skills. Four loops at this time range in length from 5-8 miles each. Worth the drive from just about anywhere, you'll want to ride every inch of trail before you leave! Thanks SORBA!
From I-20 near Augusta, GA take SC Exit 1 (SC 230). Head north on SC 230 for about 5 miles. Turn left on Woodlawn Rd. Go approx. 4 miles, trailhead parking area is on the left.
A: Actually, there IS camping, right there at the trail head. 20 spaces spaced out in a circle. Really NICE spots, but I never see anyone camped there.
Q: How are the trails I plan on being in the area Monday 10-8-2018 checking to make sure the trails were open since the hurricane and all the rain near by? Thanks
